| OCL in conscious discharge of its duty as a responsible corporate citizen has continuously been making sincere efforts to better the quality of life, its employees’ colony and at the neighboring villages. Starting from well planned housing colony for its employees to roads, health care centers, school, children parks, dairy farm. Bio-gas plant, canteen, tree plantation, temple, auditorium, community welfare center, etc., OCL’s contribution had been wide and ever expanding. Considering that OCL has provided all essential services and facilities in its Employees’ colony, the Government of Odisha was pleased to notify ‘OCL Premises’ consisting of the factory, colony and their precincts as an ‘Industrial Township’. Apart from Rourkela Steel Plant, it is only OCL, which has been so honoured by the Government. |
