| Every year OCL conducts the campus drive in various premier institutes in and around the state to recruit bright new faces to be a part of our family. Campus Recruitment provides a platform for OCL to meet the aspirants and separate the Wheat from the chaff. OCL picks up the intelligent committed youth who have the requisite enthusiasm and zeal to prove themselves. For the purpose of Recruitment, we visit various technical and non-technical institutions. In order to churn the cream out of the Pool of Candidates, We employ various selection procedures. With the growth & expansion of our Organization, the need for talented young people who can work for long hours has grown. So, we do not confine to certain selected institutes only instead we spread our network far and wide. |
